A free parking structure one block away provides unlimited parking on the upper levels and is highly recommended. Your rental typically includes one reserved space in front of the Social Space for loading and unloading. For weekend events, additional parking in the front lot may be available and will be coordinated at the time of booking.

Usually yes. We do our best to accommodate this whenever possible. If another booking conflicts, it may not be possible. We will coordinate directly with you to find the best solution.

Yes. The slat wall was intentionally installed to create a separation for wardrobe and/or hair and makeup. The slats are adjustable and can be fully closed for privacy. There is also a single bathroom with ample space that can be used as a changing room.

The Social Space is located on the first floor of a two-story building with tenants above. Some light noise may be heard from upstairs, though most productions have filmed without issue. We recommend a pre-site visit prior to booking if sound is a concern for your production.

No. The Social Space does not provide on-site staff. It is the renter’s responsibility to supply all staffing and production support. However, an associate will be available and reachable at any time during your rental period should you need assistance.
